The Weaponization of the FBI and America’s Emerging Low Level Covert Civil Conflict

The FBI’s targeting of Republicans has intensified, fueling a low-level covert civil conflict that erodes trust and deepens our nation’s divisions. This politicization of federal law enforcement is not an abstract concern—it is the urgent crisis at the heart of this argument. Immediate, non-partisan reform is needed to restore the rule of law and faith in our institutions. Activists must organize locally, demand oversight from elected officials, and spread awareness about the necessity of transparency and accountability. Only by transforming frustration into direct action can we initiate real change and reverse this erosion of trust.
The recent death of a former FBI Director has widened the divide, sparked debate and exposed two clear narratives. These perspectives mirror the broader split between Democrats and Republicans today.
Barack Obama praised the Director’s service as honorable, while Donald Trump expressed relief at his passing and accused him of doing harm. These contrasting reactions highlight the national divide.
For many Republican activists like me, the FBI’s actions feel personal, vindictive and very real—not theoretical. Often, Democrats do not recognize this, especially under Democratic leaders such as those in the Obama and exponentially under Biden years. Oh, how horrible they made life for us for being black, Muslim, immigrants, Somalis, and the worst part Republican activists. 2025 was no better! We are praying 2026 brings relief and resolution to this matter be it good, bad or ugly or worse by our American duly elected government. Mohamed Ahmed is heading to Washington DC to say what gives in America for freedom, liberties and rights inalienable to We the People in peaceful, nonviolent fashion of advocacy and activism on this matter.

Historical Background: The FBI as a Political Instrument

To understand today’s events, we must review the FBI’s history as a political tool.
The FBI has long been accused of political manipulation. Under J. Edgar Hoover, it kept files on leaders from both parties for influence, fueling fears of powerful intelligence agencies.
In the 1960s and 1970s, the FBI targeted Black leaders, Muslims, civil rights activists, anti-war organizers, and even members of Congress. Officially, to stop ‘communist infiltration,’ in reality, they watched and disrupted social movements.
FBI agents sent Martin Luther King Jr. an anonymous letter urging suicide. Malcolm X’s family alleges FBI involvement in his death. The related court case is still being adjudicated in 2026—over 60 years later. Both esteemed black and one Muslim leader were under heavy surveillance and activities by the FBI in America. Both ended up dead and assassinated. COINTELPRO actions surfaced after a break-in of the FBI files forbidden from view, exposed secret files, not through official oversight. (FBI–King letter, 2024) It took a break into the FBI to expose them not congress or judiciary or Executive powers applied in checks and balances of our glorious constitutional republic and democracy.
Hoover was reported as saying there would be no ‘Black messiahs’ unless the FBI controlled them or created them. The FBI is still working on these principles in America today. These actions scarred Black, Muslim and now Republican communities and built lasting distrust toward federal law enforcement. Post 9/11 Expansion of Power

After 9/11, Americans gave the FBI more power through the Patriot Act, accepting stricter measures for security. (The making of the USA PATRIOT Act II: Public sentiments, legislative climate, political gamesmanship, media patriotism, 2006, pp. 105-140)
When Robert Mueller led the FBI, the agency stopped major terrorist attacks. Most agents serve honorably and take real risks. Let us be clear, most FBI agents are heroes to their oaths to the constitutional republic and democracy.
Some currently and in the past are just far leftist social activists with badges and play Demi God with unchecked, unaccountable, unverified done in secrecy of omerta, silence laws in forbidden ways, almost warlord powers on us black, Muslim and republicans Activists and leaders of America. This wing of the FBI built an infrastructure to enforce it. Why I labeled them “Stasi alliance cabal” as a collective for these groupings. Please look up East German Secret Police during communism called STASI in works, thinking and actions. This Stasi wing is well organized and funded somehow! Still active even in 2026 America. They believe they are resistance in America against republican administration, political leaders and activists like Mohamed Ahmed. Because Black, Muslim worst part Republican leaders and activists are supposed to be controlled and micromanaged into minutia by them for what they are allowed to do by their bureaucratic efficiency and tools of national security means applied.

The 2016 Election and the Russia Collusion Narrative

In 2016, many Republicans believed the FBI was used to interfere in the presidential election. Axios reported that Special Counsel John Durham’s 2023 report sharply criticized the FBI’s 2016 Trump–Russia investigation as “seriously flawed,” which many Republicans view as validating their concerns. (Staff, 2019)
General Michael Flynn, about to become Trump’s National Security Advisor, was investigated and charged in what many see as a setup. We believe the FBI’s actions compromised the campaign.
We believe these actions were approved by top officials at the seventh-floor directorate and carried out by some eager, willing agents claiming to follow orders, down to informants deployed against Republican leaders and activists. This was a synchronized national and well-funded process by our Democratic leaders of America and their allies of “Stasi-like Powers we call the Stasi Alliance Cabal in America. They created the infrastructure to do this to republicans in America, keeping out honest agents in the dark of their works and actions and keeping files in forbidden, hidden means within the old FBI, being exposed today by the new FBI directorate in America. (COINTELPRO, 2024)

From Resistance to Retaliation

Reports claim that after Trump’s election, senior FBI officials, including former Acting Director Brian Driscoll, resisted administration demands on January 6 investigations, which might have exposed agents’ identities. In 2025, Driscoll and colleagues were forced out, seen by some as politically motivated. Fox News reported FBI probes into pro-life groups, Catholics, and concerned parents, raising fears of exaggerated domestic terrorism. I have experienced similar scrutiny. (Hagstrom, 2023)
As a Black, Muslim, Somali immigrant and Republican activist in Minnesota, I , Mohamed Ahmed, have felt targeted by the FBI and they unleashed their informants through multiple channels. I believe this pressure exploits divisions and encourages silence, replacing due process with coercion., suppression and oppression. Retaliation now seems permanent in America, whether covertly by agencies or due to a loss of their control of what they FBI has unleashed on We the People in America. The Hunter Biden Laptop and 2020 Election

The FBI’s handling of the Hunter Biden laptop hurt trust. While they had the laptop, the Bureau called it Russian disinformation, a claim initially supported by intelligence officials but later rejected by many. (The Hunter Biden laptop and claims of ‘Russian disinfo’, 2023)
Republicans believe suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story affected the 2020 election and shows how federal agencies can impact outcomes without accountability. (Grassley & Johnson, 2025)

When I wrote my book, I knew speaking out could risk my safety and future. This personal risk exemplifies just how serious the politicization of the FBI has become. As a Muslim, immigrant, and Republican activist, my lived experience underscores my key argument: only real transparency, accountability, and robust external reform—grounded in non-partisan principles—can restore public trust.
I have concluded the agency cannot be fully transparent, held accountable or even meaningful reform itself without decisive outside pressure. The stakes of inaction are not theoretical; they are immediate and personal.
This is not an attack on honorable FBI agents. It is a call to address what I see as a ‘Stasi-like’ group in this federal law enforcement—unelected officials with too much unchecked power.

Conclusion: A Nation at a decisive crossroads

After the Mar-a-Lago raid, many Republicans saw more evidence that trust in institutions is gone. (Feinberg, 2022) Axios reported that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy criticized the Department of Justice and promised that a Republican-led House would investigate the agency’s politicization. Some hope exists for reform under new FBI leadership, but skepticism remains.
America faces a choice: defend constitutional justice or accept a hidden government within our government.
If Democrats believe weaponization cannot be used against them, history suggests otherwise. Americans of all backgrounds have faced FBI agency overreach. (Hoban, 2021)
Whether Democrat, Republican, independent, or unaffiliated, the need for real oversight is a shared national interest. I urge readers to set aside partisanship now and unite in demanding transparent, accountable reform of federal law enforcement. This is the only way to resolve the crisis described, rebuild trust, and secure our rights and freedoms for future generations. The argument for urgent, bipartisan reform is the foundation of this piece. This is the role of congress and we the People in Free People Power means done peacefully and nonviolently.

May God preserve our constitutional republic and democracy.

We support the Trump administration because we believe it will address our concerns. We call for Free People Power—the right to live freely and work for God, country, and humanity, regardless of opposition by the Stasi Cabal Alliance in America. Our identities as Black, Muslim, and immigrant Republicans strengthen our resolve
We belong to We the People, proudly as Americans with inalienable freedoms, liberties and rights.
Damn be the consequences of fighting for our freedom, liberties and rights for all no matter the agency or what it can bring to bear on us Activists in America.
Damn be the consequences for dead man walking has no fears left, just works ahead-Mohamed Ahmed. We urgently need to make transparent, accountable and reform the FBI if this republic constitutional and democracy is going to survive the next 250 years as Free People Power.
