UPHOLD YOUR FAITH, CHRISTIANS

 UPHOLD YOUR FAITH, CHRISTIANS

Within Reason and Form: Get Political, Christians!

My name is Mohamed Ahmed, founder of www.rpoc.org, and I stand before you as a proud Black Muslim Republican activist. Proudly American.  You may wonder why I, a Muslim, am reaching out to Christians to advocate for the preservation of your faith.  In the year 2025 AD, we, as Muslims, are alarmed by the significant moral and spiritual decline we witness in America.  We believe that the forces of darkness have taken hold of our political landscape.  We urgently call upon you, our Christian brothers and sisters, to unite with us in defending our shared values of love, compassion, and justice, our common faith in the one God, and the America we all cherish.

Together we stand a chance in America.

Together, let us rise to the occasion and reclaim the principles that have long defined our great nation.

Never in the 250-year history of our esteemed American democracy and constitutional republic have we faced such severe anti-God policies, including social, economic, cultural, and gender-based laws, that impact both Christians and Muslim Americans.  Therefore, we urgently call upon you, Christians, to take a stand and embody the Christian values that America so dearly needs once again.  This can be done through prayer, community outreach, and active participation in the political process.  We are adamantly against hate; hate has never solved a problem, but rather for common sense as we know it to prevail in America.  We urge Christians to return to their faith, values, and traditions in the United States of America.

We, as Muslim Americans, will proudly practice our faith in this land.  My children were born here and grew up in Beloved, Minnesota.  We are raising them as Muslims, and our oldest, at 15 and beyond, have memorized the Quran and the teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, right here in the United States.  We take immense pride in being part of this great nation, one of the freest on earth, inhabited by the freest people.  It is a matter of dignity and honor for us, as Black Muslim Republicans, to belong to a society that cherishes freedom, justice, and equality.

We now urge you, Christians, to remain steadfast in your faith.  The age of Saul Alinsky has taken root in America—the same Alinsky whose writings pay tribute to Lucifer, igniting a troubling ideological shift.  Regardless of the volume at which this reality is proclaimed, the time has come for all believers in America to return to the essentials that define our spiritual foundations.  We stand together, Muslims, Christians, and Jews, under the banner of the one God of Abraham.  While we have journeyed down distinct paths—Jews with their revered leader Moses, Christians following Jesus, son of Mary, and Muslims guided by Muhammad, peace be upon him—we unite as proud Americans who agree to disagree on the intricate nuances of our faiths.

Even within our own beliefs, various denominations often hold starkly different views.  Yet, one truth binds us: Lucifer, Shaitan, serves as a foe to us all in this nation.  We resolutely rebuke him and his minions in every conceivable form that emerges here in America.

As you stroll through your local parades across the nation, take a moment to witness those who embrace darkness marching brazenly in the streets.  Enter your schools and observe how the specter of darkness against faiths casts its long shadow there as well.  Reflecting on our popular culture and fashion, we have strayed from the values that once guided us.  Consider the very essence of family—the sacred bond of husband, wife, children, and extended relatives—in which we are now experiencing a steep decline in understanding and value.  It does not matter if your God is Yahweh, Adonai, Jesus, or Allah; we find ourselves under siege, embroiled in a spiritual warfare that is both organized and omnipresent in America.

I acknowledge that I am, and have always been, a sinner.  For too long, we have accepted the status quo, shrugging our shoulders and saying, “C’est la vie.” What is yours is yours; what is ours is ours.  However, we can no longer allow this separation to persist, for our children are at stake—they are the ones who will bear the consequences of our inaction.

As Muslim Americans, we realize we cannot tackle this monumental struggle alone; our numbers are not enough to make a substantial impact.  The Jewish conservative community cannot shoulder this burden by itself either.  The responsibility falls on you, Christians, who are conservative, for you hold the numbers and the influence needed to drive meaningful change.

So, as Black Muslim Republicans, we are calling on you.  Christians, rise to the occasion and embrace your faith wholeheartedly.  Please return to the core teachings that embody the spirit of our great democracy and constitutional republic.  The Judeo-Christian values that built this country even allow us Muslims to thrive in it.  Including those without faith in it.

There is no compulsion in America of faiths. Not in godlessness or values of it either, not just faith alone. We believe in the separation of houses of worship and state, but not it’s the alienation of faiths.  We must, for the sake of our understanding, stand against governmental, corporate, and popular cultural means of compulsion directed at all of us believers in this country into disbelief.

Many label me a fool because certain factions within the Christian community seek to ban Islam from America.  We can only smile and chuckle at such misguided efforts, for Islam has been a presence on this planet for over 1,400 years, predating this democracy, and will endure regardless of attempts to suppress it—such endeavors are nothing but a fool’s errand.

Omar bin Said: American Muslim Slave Author. 1831

Take, for example, the time when America was still a 13-state colony.  The first Muslims who arrived on these shores were brought here in the holds of slave ships.  One notable figure is Omar bin Said, who came as a slave in 1800; his writings are preserved to this day and can be found in the Library of Congress.  Islam has been a part of America since before many states even joined the Union.  It isn’t going anywhere because America has always been a land that welcomes and empowers Muslims and the practice of Islam.

In our democracy and constitutional republic, this fact is evident.  Even Founding Father Thomas Jefferson owned a copy of the Quran, which is now housed in the Library of Congress.  Thomas Jefferson used Muslims as a reason to defend Freedom of Religion in America before enshrining it with other notable men of honor and distinction in our constitution democratically as a republic.  Islam has a rich history in America, and it will continue to be a vital part of this nation’s fabric.

What truly concerns us is the prospect of our children abandoning their faith in America.  The fastest-growing “religion” in the country, despite the culture of fear that surrounds us, is not Islam; it is Godlessness.

Biblical Christian Political Philosopher, John Locke: 1632-1704

We are witnesses to a troubling acceptance of growing illiberal behavior, a phenomenon that echoes the teachings of John Locke in his philosophical work, Two Treatises of Government, which was rooted in traditional Protestant principles.  This reality compels us to stand firm and defend our values together.

It is a straightforward concept that shaped Western democracy and political idealism, which made America Great.  These Christian values remain valid today.  We are not just urging Christians to be the Christians they once were.  Still, we are calling for a united front—a solidarity of faith—to combat the forces of moral, cultural, corporate, educational, and political decline in America, as well as the erosion of faith and values.

•        The Law of Nature: Locke’s concept of the law of nature, which teaches that all individuals are free, equal, and have inherent rights, is rooted in the biblical idea of God’s creation of humanity.  He argues that all humans are creatures belonging to God.  Therefore, they are subject to His law of nature, which dictates that no one should harm another’s life, liberty, or possessions.

•        Property Rights: Locke’s theory of property rights, while influential in shaping capitalist thought, is selectively influenced by the Old Testament, particularly the concept of humans being given dominion over the earth and tasked with using it productively. However, some argue that Locke’s interpretation of these biblical passages is selective and does not fully align with the New Testament’s emphasis on the dignity of the human person and the temporary nature of earthly wealth.

•        The Consent of the Governed: Locke’s idea that legitimate government derives its authority from the consent of the governed can be seen as having roots in the biblical concept of covenant.  The idea of a social contract, where people consent to be governed, resonates with the concept of a covenant relationship between individuals and their rulers.

•        The Right to Rebellion: Locke’s justification for revolution against tyrannical rulers who violate the social contract can be connected to the biblical concept of resisting oppressive authority.  He argues that if a government acts against the people’s interests and infringes upon their rights, they have the right to revolt and establish a new government that respects the divinely given law of nature.

We are fortunate that in America, we can evolve our democracy through constitutional means, allowing for reform without resorting to violence.

The gift of our founding fathers to all who call themselves citizens of America.  We can strive for a harmonious balance between faith and governance through peaceful means—utilizing the ballot box rather than resorting to rebellion.  This unique opportunity empowers us to voice our beliefs and work towards the changes we seek while upholding the principles that define our nation.

While John Locke’s Two Treatises of Government is a work of political philosophy, it draws significantly on biblical concepts and values.  His Christian beliefs informed his understanding of natural law, individual rights, and the legitimacy of government, contributing to the development of modern liberal thought.

In today’s America, believers of faith are facing a troubling reality: we have tolerated the rise of a cancel culture that undermines our beliefs in increasingly intolerable ways.  This phenomenon is enforced not only through laws, educational institutions, politics, institutions, education, and corporations but also through popular culture engines, which aggressively target all of us who still cling to our faith.  The pressure to conform to these prevailing narratives is palpable, challenging the very essence of our convictions and the community we hold dear.  We need to stand together and reclaim our voice in the face of this cultural shift.

Adapt your values to the realities of today’s world; we implore you.  It’s time to get active, get involved, and take decisive action.  Unless you want to awaken in your twilight years and witness your faith fading away in America, along with us as Muslims and Jews, those who share in the conservative belief of the one God of Abraham.

We are engaged in a spiritual warfare that requires each of you to put on your armor, carry your cross, your star of David, and trust that we Muslims will do our part for our shared future.

Mohamed Ahmed, Founder, Republican People of Color Org.

This message comes from a place of urgency: get politically involved within the framework we know true Christians embody.  As Muslims, we are raising this call now, but let us also remind you to avoid extremism, as it will only hasten the decline of faith.  Do not go Taliban with it; we warn all. We are not a theocracy but proudly a democracy of republican constitutional means in America. Free people, Power for all its people. That includes us believers or non-believers, all are no exception, no exclusion of any.

It is not solely about our congregations; the work ahead of us focuses on the streets, corporate boardrooms, political means, school boards, popular culture engines, and the common understanding of everyday Americans.  We need to engage across the political spectrum, in the media, and within the powerful engines of popular culture.  Our mission is to reclaim our education system from the Saul Alinsky model that has been imposed on all of us in America.  This effort demands our collective action and dedication to foster a more inclusive dialogue that honors our shared values and beliefs.

In this era, we must remember what belongs to Caesar is his, and what belongs to the kingdom of God is His.

The time to act is now, for Caesar is here, intent on claiming the kingdom of God and everything in between.  We find ourselves fully immersed in Saul Alinsky’s world across America.  The best hope for American Believers of the Abrahamic God rests in you, American Christians.  It’s time to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

Wake Up, Lions of Faith of the traditional American Way of Life.

I am here to awaken the lions while allowing the sheep to remain asleep.  When a recognized sinner stands up and proclaims this truth in America, what excuse do you have as believers?

It’s time for you to rise, to roar with conviction, and to embody the strength of your faith.

The call to action is clear, and the responsibility lies with all of us to stand firm and courageous in these challenging times.

Are you with us, USA?

It’s time to come together, to unite in purpose and determination, and to strengthen our commitment to the values that define us.  This is a crucial moment for all of us, and we must stand shoulder to shoulder in this fight for our shared future.  Together, we can make a difference.

Who stands with us, the Republican people of color?

We all have important work to do for God, country, and humanity.  Together, we can forge a path that honors our shared values and uplifts our communities.  It’s time to unite our efforts and make a meaningful impact on the American way of life as traditionally understood, not this new age civilization, but declining stuff to make a comeback in America.  Let’s take on the responsibility before us and work together for a brighter future.

Who is with me and the Republican People of Color organization?
